How Do I Start the Ordering Process for My Custom Product?

The design and ordering process is as easy as 1-2-3. It starts with you sending us your ideas and any reference images or logos you want incorporated in your product design. You can email this information to us directly or fill out our Product Quote form. We’d also be happy to talk through the details on the phone. We then take your ideas and create a mockup (Preliminary Proof) of your product and provide you with a quote. We will email this to you for your review. The price quote is dependent on the design, quantity, and size of the product. If the design is perfect on the first try (always our goal), you can place the order, and we will send the Preliminary Proof to our manufacturer. A Production Proof will then be created and will be presented for final approval before production begins. If the design isn’t there yet, just let us know what you’d like changed and we will revise the design until it’s just right with no costs or obligation to order.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (including government purchasing cards) and checks. We can also accept wire transfers. Contracts/purchase orders are accepted only under the following conditions.

  • Must be issued by a government entity, public school or hospital
  • Must appear on company letterhead, signed and dated
  • Terms must explicitly state NET30
  • Total must match the entire total of the order as listed

What are the Shipping Costs for My Order?

We offer free Shipping via UPS and USPS to all physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. Please let your sales person know of your desired delivery address, if outside the contiguous 48 states, so they can provide a quote on your shipping costs.

Why is My Order, Destined for an APO / FPO / PO Box Address, Being Shipped via UPS to Chicago, IL?

What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

The minimum order can vary by product, but we always recommend ordering at least 100 due to the quantity discount you’ll receive at this quantity. For example, ordering 100 coins is typically only 20% more expensive than ordering 50.

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order?

The average turnaround time is 3 to 6 weeks, from approval  of the production proof to delivery

What File Formats are Accepted for Images and Source Files?

We prefer images to be in a vector format. .EPS and .AI formats make our artists happiest, but we can also work with most other files such as normal raster images (.JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .BMP, .TIFF and .PSD), or documents (.DOCX, .PPTX, .PDF, etc.).

What are Your Metal Products Made From?

Our metal products are generally made from a brass alloy metal. We also use zinc alloy if the product is a special shape or features a high-relief 3D design. We can also make some of our metal products using ceramic, copper, iron and aluminum depending on your needs.

If I Reorder from You, Do I Have to Pay the Mold Fee Again?

No, You won’t need to pay for a mold again on a reorder as long as the previous mold is still on file with our manufacturer. The mold is usually kept on file for 3 years from the latest order date before it is destroyed.

Return / Refund Policy

All sales on custom products are final. We will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind after your order is in production, so please be mindful of this. Slight variations on finished product, defined as aesthetic differences, of 5% or less are considered normal and therefore do not qualify for a refund. If the goods are faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will meet our obligations under applicable laws to rectify the situation.
